Shipping Info
All of our products are made to order, so processing and fulfilment times may differ. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
We are based in Auckland and offer free shipping within New Zealand on all our products. Once processed, items generally ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses and/or public holidays.
We also ship to Australia for a flat fee of $30. Australian orders generally take around 4-7 business days to arrive, once orders have been processed.
Tracking info will be given to you once your order has been fulfilled so you can track your Shot Bro items. For any delays after your item has been shipped, please contact the postal provider.
Return Policy
For all our clothing items, please refer to the size guides to ensure you get the correct fit. However, if your item arrives and it’s the wrong size, we are happy to offer exchanges.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund – and must be in brand new, unworn condition. Please get in touch with us for our return address.
We do not offer full refunds on products unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.
Until the return item is received by us, it is your responsibility. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels, so we recommend using track and trace when returning any item for a refund or exchange. Purchases placed online are eligible for exchanges/refunds less any shipping costs.
If one of our Shot Bro experiences is coming to a city near you, you are also welcome to get in touch and we can swap an item in-person for you.
