First, we recommend referring to the size guides on our product pages to ensure the perfect fit for your clothing items. However, if your order arrives and the size is not right, we are more than happy to offer exchanges.
To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in brand new, unworn condition. If you need to initiate a return, please reach out to us for the appropriate return address.
Please note, we do not offer full refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Until we receive the returned item, it remains your responsibility. To avoid issues, we recommend using tracked shipping when returning an item for an exchange or refund, as we cannot be held liable for lost parcels. Please also note that returns or exchanges are eligible only for the product price, excluding any shipping costs.
